Free Ontario Class F practice test
Practise for the Ontario Class F knowledge test for ambulances and buses with up to 24 passenger seats, with original questions based on the current MTO Bus Handbook.
About the Ontario Class F licence
A Class F licence lets you drive ambulances and regular buses with 10 to 24 passenger seats, and also covers Class G. It doesn't cover school-purposes buses carrying passengers.
- You must be at least 18 and hold a G licence or higher.
- You need a satisfactory medical report before the knowledge test.
- Vehicles with air brakes also need a Z endorsement.
- The road test includes a daily inspection, driving in traffic and backing into a bay.
These are independent practice questions written by Canam Fleet Safety Group. They are not the official test and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, ServiceOntario or DriveTest. Rules change, so always check the current official MTO handbooks and the Highway Traffic Act. Last reviewed October 2026.
